Automatic configuration of the remote control on Zebra devices

The automatic installation option for the remote control plugin now also applies to Zebra devices. There’s no need to manually configure this option via the Zebra OEM Config app anymore – everything is done in just one click.

Private applications installation through alternative URLs

You can set a download URL for your private apps, allowing them to be downloaded from this URL instead of TinyMDM servers. To do this, simply add the alternative URL in the TinyMDM Store.

End of compatibility for the “Internet” Browser on Android 7

Starting December 2, 2024, TinyMDM’s secure “Internet” browser will no longer be compatible with Android 7 devices. If you use it without Internet filtering, we recommend installing another browser, such as Chrome or Firefox, as part of your policy. If you use Internet filtering, you will need to install another browser before this date.

To continue benefiting from our filtering technology directly integrated into the “Internet” browser, you will need to update your devices to Android 8 or later, or purchase newer devices.
