Are there any additional fees involved?
No. We believe in straight-forward, transparent pricing. We don’t charge extra fees for account setup, onboarding, training, or technical support.
How does the 30 day free trial work?
The free trial grants you full access at no cost, with all features available. After 30 days, you can subscribe directly from your dashboard.
How am I going to be billed?
You can be billed annually or monthly. In both case you will receive your invoice by email. Your bill is based on the number of devices in your account, meaning you only pay for what you’re using. Add additional devices at any time and only pay a prorated fee.
What payment methods do you accept?
Both credit card payments worldwide and wire tranfers.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
You can unsubcribe whenever you want and your bill won't be renewed, but all sales are final.
What currencies do you accept?
Our payment system accepts the following currencies: USD and EURO. Simply select your preferred currency at the payment stage.
