How to choose the best payment method for my use case?

1) SEPA - Direct Debit (Europe)

Simplified management, peace of mind

Simplify your management by opting for direct debit! The SEPA direct debit (Europe) is a major means of payment for all companies concerned by recurring invoicing. To take advantage of this automated and secure payment method, all you have to do is enter your name and bank account number. When confirming your payment, you will be asked to accept a mandate that authorizes TinyMDM to debit your account via Stripe.

Don’t worry, in case of error, you have the right to contest a SEPA direct debit within 8 weeks following your payment, the funds will then be automatically returned.

To set up a payment by direct debit, you just have to enter your bank account number in your TinyMDM account: either by clicking on Add a secure payment method, or directly during your order, at the time of payment, by choosing the option Online payment (immediate) then SEPA Direct Debit payments (Europe).

2) Payment by credit card

The international standard of online payment

Credit cards are the most common payment method in the world. It is convenient, you enter it once in your account and it is added as a default payment method for all your future transactions. Accepted cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, China UnionPay.

To set up a credit card payment, you just have to enter the card number in your TinyMDM account: either by clicking on Add a secure payment method, or directly during your order, at the time of payment, by choosing the option Online payment (immediate) then Credit card payment.

3) Payment by bank transfer

Subject to authorization, depending on your company's eligibility

Payment by bank transfer is subject to prior approval which takes one business day. This method is only available for subscriptions with a minimum amount of 50€. In addition, bank transfer is only available to companies that meet the following criteria, subject to acceptance by TinyMDM:

– The company is not in Europe
– The company does not have a professional bank card

If you are not in one of these situations but you still wish to opt for the transfer (the policy of the company formally prohibits the payments by direct debit, your structure is an association without bank account or credit card…), the request will be made to your TinyMDM contact. To make the request and be contacted by your advisor, place an order on your TinyMDM account and choose the option Payment by bank transfer (validation required).
