How can I see the applications I used most often?
In kiosk mode, you can choose to visualise your most-used applications (or shared files shortcuts) on your device, making it easy to find them and save time. To view them, follow the steps below:
- Go on to the Policies tab
- Under Apps management, verify that the kiosk mode is enabled. If it is not, then check Enable Kiosk mode.
- Open the drop-down menu and click on Enable most-used applications panel.
On mobile devices linked to the policy, the four most frequently used applications (or shared file shortcuts) will appear in a banner, visible at the top of every devices’ screen.
