How to hide an approved app on a device?
For one reason or another, you may need to allow an app on some devices without making it available to the end user: a CRM application running in the background to synchronize data, for example.
To do so, from the policy, click on the icon 
at the top right of the application you want to hide and then on Hide app. Hidden applications will be recognizable in the admin console by their symbol.
