How to delete your TinyMDM account?
Important: by following this tutorial, you decide to delete your TinyMDM account and all associated data. Any devices still enrolled will no longer be manageable, so it’s best to reset them beforehand to avoid blocking them. Follow this tutorial to reset your devices in Fully Managed / Kiosk mode, or this one for devices in work profile.
The account deletion action cannot be undone, so make sure that all your data is backed up correctly.
- To delete your TinyMDM account, log in to your admin console and go to the My account tab.
- Click on the red Delete my account button to bring up the confirmation pop-up. All you have to do is enter Delete in the required field, then click on Ok to confirm your request.
You will then no longer be able to log in to your admin console or manage your mobile devices, as your TinyMDM account will be completely deleted.
