FROM YOUR ADMIN DASHBOARD:
– Go to the My account tab
– Click on Delete my account
– Confirm your email address and click on OK
FROM THE DEVICES:
– Work Profile management: go into the settings and delete the TinyMDM Work Profile. All data will be erased from the Work Profile.
– Full Device Management: reset the device to factory settings in order to remove the EMM profile. Make sure to check that the FRP is disabled if you don’t know the Google account linked to the device in the first place.
WARNING
By doing so, please note that both your account and your data will be deleted, from the console and from the devices. This action cannot be undone so make sure that all your data is correctly backed-up first.
