CONTEST RULES: “Share your TinyMDM experience on Capterra”

ARS NOVA SYSTEMS, creator of the TinyMDM software, headquartered at 9 rue des olivettes in Nantes, France, is organizing a free contest entitled “Share your TinyMDM experience on Capterra” from September 16, 2026, to September 25, 2026, inclusive.

This contest is organized to collect authentic and transparent reviews from users of the TinyMDM solution on the Capterra professional review platform.

This contest is exclusively open to current clients of the TinyMDM software who are individuals of legal age and have received the invitation email to participate. Participation is limited to one entry per company. Employees of ARS NOVA SYSTEMS, as well as their immediate family members, are not permitted to participate in this contest.

To validate their entry in the drawing, the participant must complete the following two steps before September 25, 2026, at 11:59 PM:

  • Leave a review on the TinyMDM Capterra page via the link provided in the invitation email. The participant agrees to leave an honest review based on their actual experience. The content of the review has no influence on the chances of winning.
  • Send proof of submission: Since Capterra reviews are anonymized, the participant must reply to the TinyMDM invitation email and attach a screenshot of the publication confirmation email sent by Capterra.

Any incomplete entry or entry received after the deadline will not be considered.

The contest features a single prize: a credit of €500 (five hundred euros), $500 (five hundred US dollars), or £500 (five hundred British pounds) excluding taxes, determined by the winning company’s standard billing currency. This credit is applicable exclusively to the winner’s TinyMDM account and will be issued in the form of additional subscription months applied to their current subscription. Under no circumstances may the prize be exchanged for its cash value or for any other goods or services.

The random drawing will be conducted by the ARS NOVA SYSTEMS team on September 30, 2026. The grand prize winner will be contacted directly by email on the day of the drawing. The winner will have a period of seven (7) days from the sending of the notification email to claim their prize by replying to that email. After this period, the prize will be forfeited, and ARS NOVA SYSTEMS reserves the right to conduct a new drawing. The credit will be applied to the winner’s account within a few days following confirmation.

The personal data collected (email address and proof of review submission) are necessary for the validation of the entry and the management of the drawing. They are intended exclusively for the ARS NOVA SYSTEMS team and will be kept only as long as necessary to manage this contest and award the prize. In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable international data protection laws, every participant has the right to access, rectify, erase, and restrict the processing of their data. To exercise these rights, the participant may contact rgpd@arsnovasystems.com.

ARS NOVA SYSTEMS shall not incur any liability if, in the event of force majeure or events beyond its control, it is forced to cancel, shorten, extend, postpone, or modify the conditions of this contest.

ARS NOVA SYSTEMS reserves the right to carry out any checks it deems necessary regarding the identity of the participants, their client status, as well as the validity and authenticity of the review submission proofs (screenshots) provided. Any attempt at fraud, document falsification, creation of fake accounts, multiple entries for the same company, or failure to comply with any of the conditions of these rules will result in the immediate and permanent disqualification of the participant. In such a case, ARS NOVA SYSTEMS reserves the right not to award the prize to the fraudster, to conduct a new drawing, and, if necessary, to take legal action against the perpetrator of the fraud.

These rules, as well as the contest as a whole, are governed exclusively by French law. Any question relating to the application or interpretation of these rules, or any unforeseen question that may arise, will be decided at the sole discretion of ARS NOVA SYSTEMS, in compliance with French law. In the event of a dispute or claim, the participant agrees to contact ARS NOVA SYSTEMS first in order to attempt to find an amicable solution. Failing an amicable agreement, any dispute shall fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the jurisdiction of ARS NOVA SYSTEMS’ headquarters (Nantes, France), including in the event of multiple defendants or third-party claims.

Participation in this contest implies full and complete acceptance of these rules.
