How to find the devices that were reset without acknowledgment from TinyMDM?
A device reset without acknowledgment is a device on which a wipe request was made from TinyMDM console, but for which the device did not respond immediately, as it was potentially switched off or not connected to the internet.
Devices reset without acknowledgment are kept in the administration console, in case you need to share information about the device to the TinyMDM support team, or if you wish to resend a reset request, for example. However, these devices are no longer counted as licenses on TinyMDM.
1. To find your devices reset without acknowledgment, simply click on the advanced search icon:

2. Then, under Enrollment status management, select Only old devices reset without acknowledgment:

3. You can then find each of your devices by sorting them by device name, creation date, or last synchronization date:

4. If you wish to perform actions for a specific device, you can do so from the device card by going to the menu in the upper right corner. Specifically, you can search for the actions performed on the device by clicking on Search in Action logs, or resend a reset request by clicking on Wipe the device. Once the reset request has been received by the device, its card will completely disappear from the TinyMDM administration console:

If you submit a new reset request and it is successfully received by the device, its card will then completely disappear from the TinyMDM administration console.
