Enterprise Registration
Enterprise registration is a mandatory step after creating your TinyMDM account. This step allows you to subsequently use Google services (including the Play Store) on your devices. Enterprise registration only needs to be completed once.
Creating TinyMDM users and enrolling devices
Users and groups
Devices are enrolled using a QR code or an ID linked to a user. This user can have a name, email address, and other information, or just a generic name. Before enrolling devices, you must choose how users are created (you can learn more here: Users and devices documentation).
Create nominative users for devices assigned to a specific person
- Create users one by one
- Import your users with a CSV file
- Synchronize users from Microsoft Entra ID (Microsoft Azure AD)
Create anonymous users for shared devices
Enroll devices without creating users
- Enroll devices in fully managed mode or in kiosk mode without creating users
- Enroll devices in WPCO mode without creating users

Remote access in fully managed or kiosk mode
TinyMDM allows you to initiate a remote control session with enrolled devices in fully managed or kiosk mode. Depending on the models, this remote access can be accompanied by remote control of the device or options to guide the user through the remote view.
Securing the device, its data, and its use
- Force the user to enter a secure password or PIN code on their device
- Lock the device screen remotely to force the user to enter their password
- Prevent factory reset
- Configure FRP (Factory Reset Protection) to prevent device lock with a personal Google account
- Remotely reset a device to factory settings
- Set up screen lock based on vehicle speed
Configuration of Internet browsing on devices
From TinyMDM, it is possible to configure and/or restrict Internet browsing on devices.
Device inventory management
From the Devices tab, you can monitor the hardware status of your devices as well as the application of actions performed from TinyMDM.
TinyMDM Console Access Configuration
To open access to the TinyMDM console to other people, you must create a manager account for them. A single manager can have access to multiple accounts, but there can only be one administrator per console.
- Create manager access and assign them console rights
- Restrict the manager’s view to a portion of the console’s devices by creating structures
- Set up two-factor authentication for administrator login or manager logins
- Configure SSO login to TinyMDM using SAML
- View the log of actions performed on the console
